Since this 1930s Spanish-style home has been in the same family for generations, our extensive renovation needed to respond as much to the present as to the past. Our work emphasized the home’s original millwork and architectural details while creating custom built-ins; remodeled the primary bath; updated room layouts; new plaster walls, wallpaper, lighting, flooring and furnishings throughout.
